TUNA AND PINEAPPLE DIET FOR A FLAT ABDOMEN

There are multiple diets that rely on tuna as a pillar to lose weight and gain muscle mass, but this one that we are going to reveal is very rigid since you can only eat tuna and pineapple for three days but its results are amazing

In those three days you have prohibited red meats, sausages, fats, that is, all prohibited except pineapple and tuna. It is a hard and difficult diet because you are sure to feel hungry during the three days.

Breakfast

1 can of tuna in water and slices of pineapples in moderate quantity.

Before lunch I eat a cup of pineapple tea, a slice of pineapple or half a can of tuna.

lunch

Steamed potatoes with a can of tuna (for several you can change the potatoes for vegetables or brown rice)

You accompany it with a pineapple smoothie.

Snack

A juice with some pineapple slices.

Dinner

A can of tuna and a salad of lettuce and tomato seasoned with three drops of lemon. For dessert two slices of pineapple.

If you don't get hungry until dinner from lunch, eat some almonds as a snack.
